SideBlooms

Side By Side

Women Supporting Women, At Our Utter Best.

Three roads between members, all of them free with your place here. They are the reason a sidebloom survives a bad month, and they only work because the women are real and local.

The Lending Table

A dressmaker’s mannequin for the fuller figure, standing in a hallway, never once used. A treatment room empty on a Tuesday. A kiln fired twice a year. A salon chair nobody is in before eleven. A ring light in a cupboard. Whatever you have sitting idle, another woman near you needs this week.

The Cover Network

Your shift runs late. The children need you. You are unwell on the morning of a wedding. Hand the booking sideways to a woman who does what you do, on terms the two of you agreed long before either of you needed them.

Collaboration Clusters

A wedding needs five of you — hair, flowers, cake, photographs, and the car. A christening needs three. A milestone birthday needs four. Assemble for the day, do it beautifully, and go home as separate businesses.

Why It Is Free

A commission on a room booking would earn a little and cost the whole point. These roads keep women here through the quiet months, and a woman who was covered when she was ill in March is still listed in November. That is worth more than a percentage.

Alone, A Sidebloom Is Fragile.
Together, It Is Not.
