Kindly, and in plain words.

A Month

A monthly place is paid for the month ahead. Stop it any time and it simply runs to the day you have paid to; nothing further is charged. We do not refund the part of a month already begun.

A First Month Walked Beside You

The Opening and The Finding are four weeks with somebody beside you. If, within the first seven days, it is not what you hoped, write to us and the whole first month comes back to you, no questions. After seven days it runs its course.

A Year

A year is paid for the year ahead. Within the first 14 days, write to us and it comes back whole. After that, stop it any time and it runs to the day you have paid to.

If We Got It Wrong

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong figure, or charged after you had stopped, tell us and it is refunded the same day we read it, with a letter to say so.

Your Rights

Nothing here takes away a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
